Return Policy
We value all our customers and want them to be completely satisfied with our products and services. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will either refund you or do a merchandise exchange. In order to do this, please contact us within 2 days via email, after receiving your product.
All shipment fees for exchange items are paid by sender but are waived for replacement piece delivery. The returned item must be in the same condition as received.
All our designs are unique and many a times non-repeatitive. Hence we do not guarantee exact replacement, but customers are free to select from the available range, of same value or higher.
If you are not able to find a right replacement product, then you may opt for a credit note. We will add equivalent points to your account which you can redeem anytime.
For this reason we request all our customers to take a close look to our products description in order to avoid any hassles at a later date.
